How do I pause, resume, increase, or decrease lead flow?

With our service, you are in total control of your lead flow. You may pause leads, request more leads, or slow down the leads at any time. Just log into your Leadomatix account, head to the Dashboard, and you will see an option to “Update Lead Flow” and then fill out the form accordingly. This form can also be found in The PEAK Community.

How long before I get my 1st lead?

It varies. It will be at least 1-3 business days (since we have to set your campaign up internally to even start generating leads). Sometimes we'll start to get you leads right away, other times it could take a few days or even a week or more. It depends on many factors, but rest assured we are working very hard in the background for you.

How do I know these are “good” leads?

Because we vet them thoroughly, our process is to generate roofing leads for you internally and contact them via text and calls. Once we speak to someone interested in roofing services, we gather their information and confirm they're not under contract with another roofing company before passing them on to you. We also provide detailed notes on the conversation we've had with the lead, giving you valuable context so you can engage with them more effectively when you follow up.

Why do I have to put a credit card on file?

If we let anyone try it without putting a card down we would be spending time on people who were not serious about giving it a fair shot. We would rather make sure we are giving the people who are serious more attention to help them succeed. We’d have thousands of sign ups and it would be difficult to help the people who were serious about trying our program. We found out cancellation rates tripled when we allowed anyone to have a free trial without putting down a credit card.

When do I get charged?

When we send you a lead you are automatically charged. Because we take so much effort on the front end to qualify the lead, once we do, that is when the lead fee is deducted from your account. If a lead fee cannot be deducted from your card, you will not receive the lead.

What if I don’t like the lead?

As a rule, the leads we send to you are final. It takes a huge amount of resources, time, and money to generate a lead worthy to send to you. In order to make this program a win/win for both of us, this is a firm policy and it's the reason we spend so much effort on the front end to vet these leads in the 1st place. However, If you ever receive a lead that has wrong contact information, is out of your area, or is not looking for roofing services, we will replace that lead at no charge!

But what if I don’t close the 1st lead you send me?!?!

If your close rate was 100%, that’d be amazing, right? But it’s not realistic, and it doesn’t need to be. Roofing leads may not always close for a variety of reasons—some within your control, some not. Weather delays, budget changes, or simply a lead deciding to hold off on repairs can all play a role. And that's completely okay! You don’t need a 100% close rate to make this a HUGE win for your business

What happens if a lead does not answer?

As we've mentioned, we don't credit leads that don't answer. This is simply because we take so much effort on the front end to text and qualify the lead. However, our team can re-engage them for you for free.

Do you keep generating more leads after I get a lead?

Yes. That means you might get 2 or more leads in 1 day. That also means you will be billed automatically for each lead that we generate, so keep that in mind! If you want to pause service, simply complete the “Update Lead Flow” form found on your Leadomatix dashboard, or in The PEAK Community. We can restart you anytime. It is your responsibility to let us know if you want to stop service!

Are the leads geographically located?

Yes, you'll choose your zip codes on the onboarding call and all leads and zip codes are exclusive!

What happens after I get the lead?

Once you receive a lead, it’s go time! We recommend reaching out immediately to introduce yourself and establish a connection.
